increase depends on how often do you exercise and the duration
and number of your reps. The more often you do it and the more
intense, the sooner you should increase the force of
resistance.
Spot training would certainly help you bulk up but you
wouldn’t be able to see the difference if you don’t burn off
the fats concealing it. Don’t forget that aside from spot
training, you should regularly work on some aerobic exercises
too.
