Attaining a ruggedly handsome body like Sylvester Stallone
is difficult but it could be done provided you can perform
effective workouts which need endurance and strength. These
strength and stamina can be developed by taking foods or

and arms. In one exercise, you will have to do three to four
sets of angled weighted pull up involving six to 12
repetitions. After a brief rest period for recovery, you can
wear a weight vest and do chin pull-ups first with the right
hand and then the left.
Another Sylvester Stallone workout is the unilateral
low-cable row which is done in three to four sets of 16
repetitions. You will need a special machine which Sly uses,
and consists of two weight stacks with two D-handles for each
hand. Then, you will have to use the plate-loaded machine shrug
and determine if you can handle Sly’s 400-plus pounds in the
apparatus. If not, you may reduce the weight to your capacity
and do three sets of 6 to 12 repetitions, after which you
should be prepared to repeat similar gym exercises for the next
session.
