Workouts
So you want to look as buff and as lethal as Bruce Lee but
you do not know which one of the many Bruce Lee Workout
programs is the right one to try. There are actually a lot of
workouts that the martial arts master has created and choosing
which one to do is actually a matter of what you can start with
and what you can accomplish at the beginning. You can shift to
the other workout regimens that the late Bruce Lee has created
once you find that you are becoming stronger and more capable
of harder workouts.
For beginners, you might want to try the Bruce Lee workout
that is called the Beginning Bodybuilding Routine. This routine
involves exercises like squats, French presses, incline curls,
concentration curls, pushups, barbell curls, one-armed French
presses and dumbbell circles. This routine also includes
exercises like reverse curls, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls,
situps and calf raises. All of these exercises are executed at
least three times in a week.
Once you have done this routine for a few weeks or months
and are up for a bigger challenge, the next Bruce Lee workout
you will want to try is the Overall Development Routine. This
is also done three times a week and consists of exercises like
clean and press, barbell curls, military press, upright rowing,
squats and rowing. Also included in this exercise routine are
bench presses and pullovers. Bruce Lee also has twenty minute
workouts, circuit training workouts and an Enter the Dragon
Routine that you can also try when the conditions are
right.
