Statham Workout

did in less than two months? You can with the Jason Statham
workout. The workout that the actor undertook was not just a
list of exercises that he needed to do to get back into shape.
This program included nutritional tips, rest and included
considerations for his career and daily activities. What you
are about to read are the exercises that are done on the first
day of the workout.
On day one, the exercise routine that is called the Jason
Statham Workout starts off with a warm-up session. The first
warm-up exercise is rowing on a rowing machine for
approximately ten minutes. The next warm-up exercise is called
the pyramid circuit. This consists of three exercises –
pushups, ring pull-ups and bodyweight squats. You start off
this second set of warm-ups with one rep for the first round,
two for the second and so on until you get to round five. In
round six of this warm-up, reduce the number of reps by one,
slowly diminishing the number of reps for every subsequent
round until you are back at one again.
The main exercise of the Jason Statham workout for day 1 is
one exercise and this is the deadlift. Weights that are lifted
slowly increase, rest periods in between sets also increase but
the repetitions decrease as the weight goes up. The weight that
Jason starts with is 135 pounds which is lifted ten times. The
next one is 185 pounds at five reps. The next one is at 235
pounds at 3 reps and so on until he gets to the final weight of
365 pounds to be lifted once. Cooldown is some time spent on
the trampoline.
