The exercise basics – back
workout at home
Staying fit and healthy is one of the most important
reminders in one’s life that should not be taken for granted,
but ironically, most people tend to not mind at all when it
comes to this matter. Countless reasons are given, but none of
these are valid enough to justify the neglected importance of
working out.
Being busy at work or in school is never an excuse to
skip exercise. Going to the gym is not really necessary since
one could always do the exercise at home. Simple exercises like
those back workouts have been developed for easier access to
people who can’t seem to get hold of their free time.
Complicated gym equipments are not mostly needed, so there’s no
need to worry about it.
Simple exercises such as back workout at home could be done
nearly everywhere. One could even do it in between long breaks
since it is not really that strenuous. Just a couple of
barbells, or free weight, if one prefers and this workout is
ready to be done.
One famous back workout at home is the deadlifts. Deadlifts
build hamstring muscles, butt muscles and lower back muscles in
particular. Done while standing, this is an easy way to
exercise back muscles without much stress and effort.
Lifting the barbells from the floor by the use of leg power
is the main goal. Knees should never bend while one picks up
the weights from the floor. Exhaling should also be done while
exerting effort in lifting the weights. Keep in mind that one
should stand completely before lowering the weights back to the
floor again, with knees still unbent.
Even though back workout at home is done in a relaxed way,
one should still do warm up first before doing the deed. This
allows the muscles to be prepared for the work out, hence,
preventing muscle injuries or muscle pains.
