The Batman Workout

Have you ever wonder what batman did to achieve his body? Being Batman is no joke, unlike most superheroes, Batman does not have super powers. He fights for justice using his martial art skills and high-tech gadgets under a mask.

Batman exercise is divided into 3 days. So you can do it repeatedly every week and still have days to rest. Here are some exercises that can make you strong, fast and flexible like Batman.

Day 1:
For warm ups you can start with chin ups and bent over rows. These work the upper body and are great compound exercise. After warming up you can do few counts of squats to condition your thigh. Follow it up with high pulls, which is done by extending your hips and knees while quickly lifting the barbell up from the floor. Now for the overall muscle building do the clean and press workout. To perform, place the barbell on the floor and lift it up to your chest continuously.

Day 2:
Day two is meant for speed training and cardio workouts. Start out by jogging around at your own comfortable pace. And when ready try to increase your jogging speed. You can also do some squat jumps and lunges. Squat jumps can be done literally by squatting and then jumping. The lift should be explosive while you lift your body through the push of your toes. For lunges exercise, it’s either you use a barbell or a dumbbell to strengthen your legs.

Day 3:
You can start the session with bench press, clash push-ups or lateral jumps. These exercises intensively work out your cardio and build endurance in your arms, legs and chest muscles.

Most of all, diet plays an important role in this program. Intensive workouts requires an often food intake to have a constant supply of proteins and energy to your muscle. With these in mind plus your determination we can say that anyone can become their favorite superheroes, like Batman.
