What exactly is the 300 workout routine and why is it getting a lot of attention lately? This workout is actually a physically taxing workout that is inspired by the workout that the men in the movie “300” undertook. This kind of an exercise routine gained so much popularity due to the ripped and buffed bodies of the cast of the movie and a lot of people started wondering how they could look as ripped as that as well.
