What exactly is the 300 workout routine and why is it
getting a lot of attention lately? This workout is actually a
physically taxing workout that is inspired by the workout that
the men in the movie “300” undertook. This kind of an exercise
routine gained so much popularity due to the ripped and buffed
bodies of the cast of the movie and a lot of people started
wondering how they could look as ripped as that as well.
The 300 workout routine is no walk in the park and will take
up a bit of your time before you can actually see results. The
cast of the movie took four months to buff up with workouts
that were grueling and pushed them to the limits of endurance.
Each day, these actors worked out for no less than two to three
hours and the exercises they did were basically called “old
school”. These exercises included pull-ups, deadlifts, floor
wipers, pushups and box jumps.
The term “300 workout routine” is not only given to this
routine simply because it was an exercise regimen used by the
men in the movie 300. This term is given to this routine
because you are expected to do various exercises in different
reps that add up to 300 reps in all. This exercise program has
built quite a reputation of being tough and difficult to do. In
