Wolverine Workout Program
Hugh Jackman certainly breathes life to Logan on his movie,
Wolverine. Just by look at his body in the film, men and women
would certainly notice that he looks amazing. You can’t deny
that he already looks fit from the start but how did he prepare
for the movie so that he would look muscular?
The secret lies on the workout that he adapted just for the
film. Now, you should know that you can achieve muscles by
strength exercises. This is generally done by weight lifting.
The actor takes it one step better by using a program that
would constantly apply a lot of force to his body.
Why is this important? The muscles do get used to the force
being applied to it. And if you have grown used to the weight
you are using in weight lifting, then you would unfortunately
halt or slow down the process of muscle building.
If you are just starting out, you can focus first on the
intensity of your workout. Meaning, you don’t have to do it for
a long time as long as you do it vigorously. Then over time,
you should extend the time, intensity as well as the weight of
the material if you are weight lifting.
Take for example, bench pressing. At first, say you’ll do
100 bench presses. After a few sessions, you can extend it to
200 presses, using a heavier equipment. Remember, don’t injure
yourself by doing too much during the first few sessions if you
haven’t tried it before.
