Build Muscle Without Weights
Is there really a way to easily build muscle without
weights? Some people believe that the only way to get those
guns and those killer pecs is to lift weights but there are
actually a few ways you can build definition without having to
hit the gym. One of the techniques that you can use is the pose
technique. Do you remember those poses that musclemen use when
they are asked to show their muscles during competition? Doing
those poses and flexing your muscles as hard as you can manage
can actually help build muscle over time.
Exercising in the water is another way you can build muscle
without weights. Doing your normal exercises in a pool or in
the sea can actually help build muscles in the areas that you
are exercising because water creates a natural resistance for
your movements. This resistance forces you to exert more effort
and more effort equals the build-up of muscles despite there
being no weights present.
While trying to build muscle without weights means without
the use of gym weights like dumbbells and similar equipment, it
does not mean that you cannot use alternative weights for
resistance. Try doing your pushups with the use books in a
backpack as added weight on your back. This can also be done
with the help of your child or a friend sitting on your back
while you do your pushups. The idea here is to create some form
of resistance without really using real weights to create that
definition and the muscles you want.
