Yourself Started on the 300 Workout Plan
You may have already heard of the 300 workout plan and you
may have already seen the results of what this plan can do in
the bodies of the actors of the movie 300. Now you want to try
this exercise plan out and see for yourself if you can get the
same ripped and sculpted bodies these actors have. Getting
started on this exercise routine can be pretty tough but
remember, once you do get started and you stick to the plan,
the results are well worth all that pain and sacrifice.
Since not everyone is expected to be able to finish the real
300 workout plan that was used for the movie, with only half of
the cast as well as their stunt doubles actually finishing this
four month regimen, there is a modified version of this workout
for you. As a reminder, even the modified version requires a
lot of concentration and perseverance. If you are a person who
does not have the discipline and perseverance to finish this
routine, think twice before you start. If you have any previous
health issues, consult with a doctor first before you try this
program.
The modified version of this routine called the 300 workout
plan consists of less than the original 300 reps total of
various exercises used for it. For women, the reps total 100
and for men who cannot make the 300 reps total yet, 150 reps
are listed as a starting program for them. The exercises
include bodyweight rows, squats, pushups, jumping jacks, lunges
and mountain climbers. This exercise routine should be done
three times a week at forty five minutes per routine.
