Strength Training Workouts
Building up your strength through exercise can be done if
you know which exercises to incorporate into your workout.

weights and other gym equipment. All you need are various

don’t have the time to go to a gym, these four exercises will
help you out. Squats are made to work your hamstrings, your
glutes, your quads and your calves all at the same time.
Pushups work out your shoulders, your triceps, your abs and
your back. When you do lunges, you are working almost the same
muscles you are working on when you do squats. This exercise
works most of you leg muscles. The plank is a popular move that
is used in yoga and pilates. What this move does is strengthen
your back, arms, legs and abs.
Doing all of these exercises from home will give you the
kind of workout you need for building up strength in the areas
mentioned. Strength training workouts that you can do from home
can effectively give you the results you want as long as you
have the discipline and the drive to do them. While these four
exercises do not cover all the muscle groups you might want to
strengthen, they are a start. You can then add more exercises
to your routine once you are ready to do so.
