Army workout –
the best way to stay fit?
There are some who love working out and was born to work out
their whole lives that a simple exercise would not really
satisfy their thirst for body building. – That is why experts
on this field have formulated a whole new way of body building
technique.
This is a kind of workout that has been generally considered
to be one of the most intense and effective way to build that
abs and muscles that people would die to have. This is the Army
workout.
What makes army workout different? Instead of doing the
usual pull-ups, sit-ups and thread mills, the Army workout is
more strenuous. One famous army workout is the Army Physical
Fitness Program. It basically measures endurance, speed,
strength and stamina of an individual, to be able to know if
one is qualified to be a part of the army, to be transferred
from one army to another or if one is qualified of
promotion.
The test has different parts from which one must pass to
achieve what they wanted. Corresponding number of push-ups,
2-mile running, and sit-ups are given depending on the person’s
age and sex. Time limit is also given, to know if the person
has the skill to become an army.
Once a person appears poorly on this test, that person may
not be admitted on the army. This army work-out, is
particularly recommended to civilians as well, if they wish to
have that mouth-watering body built like that of the army men.
Even though it is more strenuous and physically challenging,
this workout may work well to achieve that muscular bodies that
nearly everyone wishes to have.
